Our current priorities
This year at St Paul’s, our main School Development Priorities are:
To ensure the positive wellbeing of children and staff and to support individuals where necessary
To improve pupil’s progress and outcomes in phonics
To improve pupils’ progress and outcomes in Maths in Key Stage 1
To improve pupils’ progress and outcomes in writing
To further develop subject leadership to support high quality provision and pupil achievement across the curriculum
To support our pupils to become ‘Global Citizens’, developing the concept of courageous advocacy (SIAMS) and their understanding of life in modern Britain within our ethos of Christian Distinctiveness
