School Uniform

 

We encourage our children to take a pride in their appearance and believe that wearing school uniform is important in developing a sense of belonging to St Paul's. We therefore ask parents to support us in this policy by ensuring that children are sent to school correctly dressed. 

BOYS

Reception Classes, Year 1 and Year 2

Black or grey socks

Black school shoes (not trainers or fashion shoes)

Other important notes on uniform

Children may not wear jewellery except for small plain studs if they have pierced ears. These must be removed during PE, swimming and any other sporting activities.

No make-up of any kind, including nail varnish, is permitted.

Hair ties. clips and bands should be plain and not "fashion items".

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL CLOTHING WORN TO SCHOOL IS CLEARLY MARKED WITH YOUR CHILD'S NAME.

Trainers required after the Easter break

For Years 1 and 2

Black shorts / navy blue shorts

Tracksuit, jogging bottoms and/or separate sweatshirt (all plain navy or black) may be used in cold weather if required.

For Years 3 to 6

Black shorts / navy blue shorts

Blue St. Paul’s logo T-shirt (M&S) or plain white T-shirt – No other t-shirts are acceptable

Trainers (Children joining football clubs will be advised when football boots are necessary)

Tracksuit, jogging bottoms and/or separate sweatshirt (all plain navy or black) may be used in cold weather if required.

The only items that must be purchased from M & S are the logo items. All other items may be purchased from the supplier of your choice.
