School Trips
Throughout the year St Paul's runs many day trips for all year groups and 2 residential trips for children in Years 4 and 6.
In Year 4, children have the opportunity to spend 3 nights at High Ashurst nr, Box Hill, whilst in Year 6, we have our legendary and very popular trip to the Isle of Arran for a whole week. This is an incredibly rewarding trip which has been run for many years.
High Ashurst
At the beginning of the summer term, our Year 4 children have the chance to visit High Ashurt, a Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development Centre, near Dorking. The centre is set in 56 acres of beautiful woodland on Box Hill and offers many activities including archery, climbing, orienteering, night walks and campfires.
Lochranza Field Studies Centre, Isle of Arran
Year 6 have the chance to visit the beautiful Isle of Arran in Scotland at the end of the Summer Term. This is a fantastic field studies trip, viewing and hiking through some amazing landscapes and giving the children an ideal opportunity to become more independent before joining secondary school. The children study a variety of geographical areas such as rock formation, glaciers, river usage and shoreline environment.
